Lawyer Law degree from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Class of 1985–1990).
Administrative Manager.
Master’s Degree in Financial and Tax Law from the University of Barcelona.
Insurance Agent and Broker.
Real Estate Agent.

Awards and recognitions:

Runner-up, “Estudios Financieros” Award (1997), granted by the Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF) for research work in Financial Law.

Certificate of completion of the Civil and Family Litigation Course (2016–2017), qualifying for access to the General Civil and Family Duty Shift of the Legal Aid Service of ICASBD and other professional associations with agreements.

Research proficiency recognition within the Doctoral Program of the Department of Financial and Tax Law at the University of Barcelona.

Academic career:

Associate Professor in the Area of Financial and Tax Law at the University of Girona (2001–2008). Courses taught: Business and Taxation (Business Administration Degree); Financial and Tax Law I (Law Degree).

Lecturer and Associate Professor in the Area of Financial and Tax Law at Pompeu Fabra University since 2008. Courses taught: Financial and Tax Law I; Financial and Tax Law II; Practicum (Law Degree). Corporate Taxation (Master in Legal Sciences). Tax and Legal Framework for Lawyers in Professional Practice (Professionalization Master’s Program).

Main publications:

Academic articles on administrative law and tax law published in the Revista Española de Derecho Financiero (No. 87), Revista de Contabilidad y Tributación (No. 179), and Revista Vasca de Administración Pública (No. 51).

Co-author of the legal database TIRANT ONLINE, published by Tirant Lo Blanch. Contributor of legal doctrine on financial and tax law relating to rulings of the Directorate-General for Taxation and decisions of the Economic-Administrative Courts.
